date标签允许在一个快速和容易的方式格式化日期。用户可以指定自定义的格式（如“DD/ MM / YYYY HH：MM”），可以产生容易可读的符号（如“2小时，14分钟），或预定义的格式就可以求助于键struts.date.format'在属性文件中。

创建动作类：
