3.2*菜品图片上传

说明

用于上传菜品相关图片,一次上传一个菜品(2015-04-09增加)

注意平台只接收JPG格式图片，大小不超过300K。

注意：http上传文件是需要特殊的上传方式，不能用简单的post参数的方式上传，所以Demo工具也无法直接测试，请查找相应开发工具的http上传文件代码。附后的是C#的上传代码。
