web3.eth.accounts.encrypt - 加密指定私钥

将私钥加密变换为keystore v3标准格式。

调用：

web3.eth.accounts.encrypt(privateKey, password);

参数：

• privateKey - String: 要加密的私钥.
• password - String: 用于加密的密码

返回值：

Object: 加密后的keystore v3 JSON.
