.time( value:Number, suppressEvents:Boolean ) : *
获取或设置当前位置的时间点。

myTimeline.time(2); //设置时间点，类似于seek()

留空返回时间点，设置则返回时间轴本身便于链式调用。
.time()适用于TimelineMaxTimelineLite
