vue报错，安装node-sass

一般从仓库内把代码拉下来后可能会有这种报错，两个方向解决，一个看一下config内的index.js内host后面地址是不是自己的ip地址，另一个就是从新下载node-sass，要先卸载再下载就可以了。

node-sass下载方法
卸载：npm uninstall node-sass
下载：cnpm install node-sass -s
这里注意，下载要用cnpm下载最好，npm容易出现一些诡异的错误
