如何使jtextfield文本在tab进入（Netbeans）时消失

我正在开发一个图形用户界面，它有多个用户输入数据的文本字段。当程序打开时，我有用户应该输入的文本字段设置为“文本”的说明。我把它设置为当用户点击文本字段时，文本会消失，但是我不知道如何让它在选项卡切换到下一个jtext字段时消失。我希望用户能够点击第一个文本字段，并且再也不用使用鼠标，但是也不用在退格或del上发疯。谢谢
