看起来您可能已经给出了pom文件的绝对路径。在最上面的Maven日志

在工作区中构建 /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/WebDriverTest2

最后你可以看到

/home/admin/workspace/WebdriverTest/pom。xml不在/var/lib/jenkins/workspace/WebDriverTest2/home/admin/workspace/WebdriverTest/中；将在单独的过程中存档

所以如果我的想法是正确的，你只需要改变“Root POM”参数。给它一个到pom的相对路径。来自项目根目录的xml。所以如果你的项目是
