解决：
找到php.ini打开extension=php_mbstring.dll
报错：

解决：
composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.0.0"
修改成
composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.2.1"
报错:

解决：
You should go to XAMPP php.ini and remove the semicolum from: extension=php_openssl.dll
