未找到react-native的Android SDK

在互联网上到处都有许多类似的问题，到目前为止还没有提供有效的解决方案。
我使用的是Android Studio 4.0.0，也许这就是问题所在。

其他重要信息：通过doctor修复SDK问题的尝试不能成功，因为它在试图安装Androd命令行工具时以“权限被拒绝”失败，尽管PowerShell和IDE是以管理权限启动的。
