【解决方案】Cannot uninstall ‘PyYAML‘

老版本难以卸载，报以下错误：
Cannot uninstall 'PyYAML'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
但是需要新版本怎么办？输入下面的命令：
pip install --ignore-installed PyYAML直接跳过卸载的部分，强制更新版本
