finally I find the problem why my phone cant post before

there days I use the python for s60 version 2.2.2, the xmlrpclib.py is copyed from the NOKIA FORUM ,but it have mistake in the_newpost_which report that you request a NUM which should be a boolean.its the publish-need boolean . google it for a moment finally find the problem. its so easy . pys60 not support boolean in the edition before 2.3 here is the description(# TODO: sort out True/False/boolean issues for Python 2.3) so I change the py whose version is 1.9, and now its OK,this article is publish by it
