真正解决方案：Intellij Idea启动Tomcat 控制台乱码

最近也遭遇了Intellij Idea 启动Tomcat 控制台乱码的问题，搜索一番结果后，最终找到了解决方案：

找到这个配置文件

D:\apps\tomcat\apache-tomcat-9.0.14-windows-x64\apache-tomcat-9.0.14\conf\logging.properties

注释掉所有的每一行带有 UTF-8字样的代码

修改idea64.exe.vmoptions和idea.exe.vmoptions都增加一行

-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

idea64.exe.vmoptions完整内容如下：

以上解决是Tomcat控制台乱码

修改字体为YouYuan

这样可以解决自己应用程序的乱码
这一点好多人忽略了，现在细想应该是默认的英文字体是不支持中文的。

重启Intellij Idea,世界安好~
