QUIC构建1——chromium镜像，clone文件depot_tools的过程+git过程中的问题

（1）安装depot_tool超时，的问题，寻找镜像

问题2

（1）git中的链接替换
问题：warning: 远程 HEAD 指向一个不存在的引用，无法检出。

文件下是空白的，于是cd 到对应的depot_tools文件下，做了下面的操作，参考链接进行解决；

个人理解：有好几个branch，需要从中checkout一个分支，并创建分支进行保存，即可解决。

changes and commit them, and you can discard any commits you make in this
state without impacting any branches by performing another checkout.

If you want to create a new branch to retain commits you create, you may
do so (now or later) by using -b with the checkout command again. Example:

  git checkout -b <new-branch-name>
