GOAL
This Document outline the recommended method to gather a standard set of optimizer statistics for use by the Cost Based Optimizer under Oracle 12c. For other versions see:

SOLUTION
Currently, the recommendations for gathering statistics for 12c are the same as for 11g. Please refer to the following 11g document for gathering recommendations:
