• Backorders are not generated for flow schedules because all the components have to be available for flow schedules otherwise no move orders are generated.

• For the flow job, we need to pick all the component together(may be one seq ).

• If we need to back order, we need to back order all the component together.(one seq )

• After the component back ordered, we need update APPS.WIP_FLOW_SCHEDULES  allocated_flag = null, then the flow job can be re-pick
