【libsrtp2】还是有重复定义问题

• 之前是1.0 的srtp ：
• 【licode】srtp链接问题
• 现在这个2.1.0应该是srtp2了，不管是MTd
• 还是MDd，构建ok，提示你，
• 但是链接到dll ，报这个重复定义错误。
