编译安装tvheadend-3.4patch1

github上的configure报错，用debian.sh也报错，索性不搞了，去官网下载一个：

下载最新稳定版   https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Tvheadend-34

按照readme的说法编译和安装
