OpenPOP.NET 已经发布v1.3a版本！我同时当上project admin，呵呵。

新版本：
1.解决很多错误；
2.添加DateTimeInfo/ReceiveContentSleepInterval/WaitForResponseInterval属性；
3.重写很多函数(重构)；
4.添加更多的类构造；
5.更改DeleteMessages->DeleteAllMessages；
6.添加LIST命令支持；
7.解决内存泄漏问题；
8.给每个函数都添加详细说明；
