当您使用@runwith(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class)时，静态模拟将不起作用。看起来你需要同时使用powermocking和Spring-stuffs。
看看JUnit委派运行程序:https://github.com/jayway/powermock/wiki/junit_delegating_runner。在使用委派运行程序时，您可以指定@runwith(PowerMockRunner.class)，这与使用PowerMockito时通常会指定的一样，但之后还包括@PowerMockRunnerDelegate(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class)。从PowerMockito的1.6版开始就可以使用。
