Updated & working onTakePicturen method, the that works , the PictureCallback returns (stopPreview & StartPreview were moved to inside this method in its finally block).

我能找到的唯一可能是罪魁祸首的是,您在jpegcallback返回之前再次启动预览。根据javadoc,这是不允许的:

调用此方法后,在JPEG回调返回之前,您不得调用startPreview()或拍摄另一张图片。

回调实际上放在UI线程队列中--该队列将在线程中挂起。sleep()并且同一线程将在实际进入回调之前调用stoppreview()startpreview()。一般来说,如果您在UI线程上调用thread.sleep()-您做错了。因此,希望如果您删除sleep()并将其后面的内容放入JPEGCallback中,您的问题就会得到解决。
