我有多个构建变体。

我通过首先从项目中删除. gradle文件夹并执行清理项目和重建项目来解决问题。

如果您有多个构建变体，那么当您从一个构建变体变更到另一个构建变体时，您可能必须为每个构建变体做同样事情。
