正如@kacperb333所建议的,标准持久性属性是EclipseLink中出现此错误的原因。

请勿使用:

<property name="javax.persistence.schema-generation.database.action" value="create"/>

请改用:

<property name="eclipselink.ddl-generation" value="create-or-extend-tables"/>
