如果您的Heroku帐户尚未通过验证，则无法安装附加组件（例如数据库附加组件）。您可以通过在Heroku的信息中心中添加信用卡来解决此问题。完整说明可在Heroku的文档中找到：

验证您的Heroku帐户：

1）转到您的帐户页面。

2）点击结算标签。

3）点击添加信用卡。

现在，在JHipster v4.5.3 +中的部署过程中会打印此错误，在以前的版本中，它已被静默忽略。
