IDEA写安卓导入ksoap2

内容顺序不能改，否则会出现报错：all buildscript {} blocks must appear before any plugins {} blocks in the script

 你的项目根目录下的setting.gradle中添加

maven { url 'https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/ksoap2-android-releases' }

dependencyResolutionManagement {
    repositoriesMode.set(RepositoriesMode.FAIL_ON_PROJECT_REPOS)
    repositories {
        google()
        mavenCentral()
        maven { url 'https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/ksoap2-android-releases' }
    }
}

默认的setting.gradle
