        真是一场连锁反应，我首先是调用tensorboard的时候给我报这个错

        然后找到这个链接的解答，给了一个 pip install --upgrade tensorboard 的答复，我使用这个又出现certifi版本的问题，我就打算去卸载certifi结果卸载又出现了开头的问题，我就去用手删除了这个包，再pip uninstall certifi，还是不行，结果就看到了pip install certifi --ignore-installed，这个解答，一下就可以了，然后tensorboard也可以用了。
