python安装easyinstall/pip出错

在Windows中装了python3.6，自然还要装pip。按度娘的提供的方法先下载easyinstall，然后在CMD下输入：

python ez_setup.py

结果报错

。。。。。。

urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 403: SSL is required

再问度娘，居然查不到！

没关系，咱有经验，查英文的。一下就找到解决方案了：

直接下载get-pip.py，然后运行

downloading https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py and running python get-pip.py
