masstransit vs mqtt

物联网理论上是mqtt比较合适，

MQTTnet和HiveMq能比较好处理，但由于设备端接入的协议为客制化，所以MQTT也没有优先性，通过一层netty转换后，变为全服务端的事情了，用Masstransit，总线型式传递也合理。
