需要环境，jdk7
1. 下载spring tool suite
2. 生成
tcruntime-instance.bat create --template bio --template bio-ssl --template insight --instance-directory ts tsinstance
3. 安装
tcruntime-ctl.bat install tsinstance
4. 启动
tcruntime-ctl.bat start tsinstance
5. 停止
tcruntime-ctl.bat stop tsinstance
