• We should respect everybody in our teams and especially our family and friends and strangers.
• We should give ourself more stress,i.e. we should treat ourself seriously/strictly but more comfortable to others.

1.2 Communication with customer

• How to show/present our professional technique,such as regarding some issues which should be taken responsibility by QUALCOMM,we should give our perspective and justify what we said is realistic and reasonable.
• To explain some specific/common functions that is customized or Bluetooth spec which should be responsible by Bluetooth solution vendor such as QUALCOMM/BES/ACTIONS/AIROHA and etc,it is easy to justify whether we should take more time or effort to fix some corner cases.
