Here at Happy Monster Alliance we design apps for everyone. We take privacy seriously and aim to comply with all privacy regulations worldwide, like the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) , Google Play Families Policies and User Data Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Happy Monster Alliance through mobile applications and how we use that information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect technical information, which includes:
- Technical information relating to one's device, such as one's mobile device’s brand, model, operating system version and country, which helps us optimize our applications.
- Non personal data about user game progress, which helps us improve our application's experience. This includes certain game elements and characters used by player, time spent during the game, crash reports and pages visited.
We don't require you to provide any information and we don't collect and store any sensitive data:
- We don't collect any kind of information that allows to track or locate users individually.
- When the user contacts us to request infomation or support, his email address will be used only to provide the information requested and will not be stored.
Who Do We Share Your Child’s Information With?
We acknowledge that children are a special, delicate and susceptible group, and therefore we try to minimize all exposure of children’s information to anyone. We only share specific information with some famous and reliable third parties who is committed to respecting and protecting individuals’ privacy rights and complying with all applicable laws and regulations including the Google Play Families Policies provide us with a part of the services, including:
- Google’s Admob for displaying advertisiments. Google Admob is a provider who offers kid-safe advertising services that are designed specifically for the compliance requirements of younger audiences, including those aged under 13 without collecting any personally identifiable information, including persistent identifiers. Admob is committed to respecting and protecting individuals’ privacy rights and complying with all applicable laws and regulations including the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA“) rules. In the following circumstances, we may disclose your information according to your wish or regulations by law:
