Invoice List

1. 确保要创建Invoice List的Billing Type设置了Invoice List Type（如SAP Standard的LR)
2. 确保要创建Invoice List的customer设置了Invoice List Dates的日历规则（InvoiceListDates）
3. 做完billing之后，VF21把各个billing document添加进来；或者通过Invoice List Work List来自动选择创建Invoice List
4. 如果没有维护Condition Type: RL00的话，则Invoice List不会产生Accounting document
5. 维护Condition Type: RL00, 通过VK11来维
6. 通过VV31维护Output type，通常是在header层设置output type: LR00(SAP standard)
