Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value '

         今天在使用SpringBoot 链接数据库，测试得时候出现了以下错误：

 Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

  报错原因：从报错信息可以看出来，是time-zone 的问题

 解决办法： 所以我们在写数据库 database url 的时候 

                   原来：

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/springboot?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8

                现在：

spring.datasource.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/springboot?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8&serverTimezone=GMT%2B8

            加上 &serverTimezone=GMT%2B8  j即可
