latex编译时报错Loading ‘expl3.sty‘ aborted!和control consequence /ifctexpdf already defined的解决方法

latex编译时报错，错误内容大致如下：

 Mismatched LaTeX support files detected.
    (LaTeX3)        Loading 'expl3.sty' aborted!
    (LaTeX3)        
    (LaTeX3)        The L3 programming layer in the LaTeX format

同时我还有“control consequence /ifctexpdf already defined”的报错，修改后一并解决了

解决方法：cmd窗口中（注意以管理员的身份）运行：

fmtutil-user --all
