【Java】springboot打包lib和resource放在外面

项目本地能运行，但是打成jar包到服务器上就报ClassNotFound的错误，初步认定为没有识别到lib的目录。
打开jar包内的manifest.mf文件，果然，spring-boot-lib的地址配置错了。
将pom文件修改为如下即可解决。
