amp；是什么意思

amp; 是html中的或者url地址栏中的转义字符，就是代表&的意思

比如：url.jdbc=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/permissionmdb?useUnicode=true&&characterEncoding=utf8&&serverTimezone=GMT%2B8

还可以这样写(md会转意，所以加了[])
url.jdbc=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/permissionmdb?useUnicode=true[&amp];characterEncoding=utf8[&amp];serverTimezone=GMT%2B8
