Release procedure

 

Release procedures can be defined for the following documents:

• Purchase Requisition

• The external purchasing documents purchase order (PO), contract, scheduling agreement, request for quotation (RFQ), and service entry sheet

with classification & w/o classification的區別在于w/o只能by item簽核。with classification既可以ovall release也可以by item，但external purchase卻只能進行整張簽核，by header。那其實也就是說w/o的這種方式只可能出現在PR。

with or w/o是相斥的，在一個時間只能有一種簽核方式生效
