Plugin ‘org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:‘ not found的解决方案，亲测可用！

方法一：清理IDEA的缓存

File -> Invalidate Caches

方法二：添加版本号

先看自己当前的版本号

• 首先打开pom.xml文件进行查看
• Ctrl+F搜索spring-boot-starter-parent
• 找到<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>这一行。
• 下面一行就是版本号。

拿我的举例：

<parent>
	<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
	<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
	<version>2.1.1.RELEASE</version>
	<relativePath/> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
</parent>

复制 <version>版本号</version>

然后修改

将上面查找到的版本号粘贴到报错的那一行下面即可。
效果：
