安装angular/cli 过程中一直提示

这个问题，在手动安装的情景下，影响很小，但是如果是在脚本安装的情况下，就有很大的问题，不可能每次手输yes。而且某些ci情景下，没有可以输入的地方。

经过查找资料，这个应该是一个bug，官方给出的解决方案，我试的无效

解决方案：

解决方案就是设置

export NG_CLI_ANALYTICS=“false”

这个对我这个版本有效。
