can't open the link

I felt so comfused, I can't open the link of decompile file, books mentioned is so less and simple, about .net ,and I used ver. 2008 of Visual Studio, many different from the books. I can feel .NET so powerful, but so difficult to find a way to deep it. I need some decompiling application to understand these programming languages, and maybe be much faster computer. I don't know why I can't open MSDN's webcast the last later days. So horrible to a zesty learner.
