问题原因是库里面没有maven-jar-plugin:3.2.0这个包，如果是本地环境只要用maven下载就行了，然而公司的私库里面就没有3.2.0的版本，这时候就需要将3.2.0版本覆盖掉

通过在configuration元素中增加combine.children和combine.self属性，子POM可以控制Maven怎么合并plugin的configuration。

combine.self="override"表示子POM的属性完全覆盖父POM的。
