My opinion about house
House has became the most hard problem for this terrible society, especially for us young person, we can say that house has destroy our young person's life.
All my friends have bought house in last year, only me left. The price of house is so high that most people could not afford it, but there is a strange phenomenon that most people has already bought house. Normally when the price is too high, only few people will buy it, but the fact is so many people spent all they have to buy a house, even take all the money from their parents, in this way I could say they did not buy the house by their self, they buy it depend on their parents, relatives and friends. In order to buy a house, a lot young people work hard to earn as much money as they could, they borrow money from relatives and friends, took their parents' pension, except this money, those who bought house have to pay a lot money to the bank for several years.
My question is does this house really worth so much money which need us take all the money we could get?
I do not think so. first, I think we should pay more attention on the quality of our life, but a house can not prove that your life is happy, maybe because this house you paid too much that make your life become so hard, because you have spend all your money on it, you have no money for your health, you have no money to buy some other stuff you want like good food and beautiful clothes. second, is it really worth to take our parents' pension to buy a house? what shall we do if our parents get ill? third, is it reasonable that houses were sold on a such high price? I do not believe those house really worth it. A lot news about the bad quality of the house have been reported before, the property developers build house with tinpot materials for high profit, this makes me fell it is really not worth to buy those house.
But it seams all people around me have bought house, the only topic for them is house when we get together. did you buy a house? how much money for your house? where is your house? these are the only question they have, I do not like this, as a young person we should have something more important than this such as how to success in our work? how to make our dream come true? how to take care of our parents and family? but there is no one want to discuss these questions, this makes me fell sad. I want to ask where is your dream? do not forget why you start this trip as you pay too much attention on your aim.
To buy or not to buy, this is a question. every one has their own choice, what I said above are only my opinion about this topic.
