TSPopover的一个bug

bug描述：当使用 TSActionsheet弹出窗口，如果点击事件源的按钮放置在靠底部的时候， 弹出的窗口会变形而无法正常展示

bug原因：在屏幕变换的时候获取状态栏的高度发生错误，导致窗口大小计算错误

bug解决：

                 文件  TSPopover/TSPopoverController.m文件

                 函数   - (CGRect) contentFrameRect:(CGRect)contentFrame senderPoint:(CGPoint)senderPoint

                 修改代码：
